The Charnwood C-Seven, is built with a wide picture window and landscape proportions to take a longer log length; 380mm (15). The stove has a rated output of 7.6kW and is fire brick lined. This stove meets the DEFRA requirements for smoke control exemption; allowing wood to be burnt in smoke control areas.
ASH GRATE & PAN
You have the option of ordering your Charnwood stove with or without the riddling grate. The riddling grate is required if you intend to burn anthracite otherwise for convenience of being able to shake out the ash. Without the grate, the wood fire is made on the bed of the fireplace in the specialist ash pan, which when full is simply removed and the ash disposed of.
