The Charnwood C-Eight is the largest stove in the C-Series. With an 8.3kW output the stove features an impressive portrait picture window and takes a 300mm (12) log. Lined with plate steel the C-Eight is suited to larger fireplaces and living spaces. This stove meets the DEFRA requirements for smoke control exemption; allowing wood to be burnt in smoke control areas.
The store stand raises this stove and puts the fire in full focus.
ASH GRATE & PAN
You have the option of ordering your Charnwood stove with or without the riddling grate. The riddling grate is required if you intend to burn anthracite otherwise for convenience of being able to shake out the ash. Without the grate, the wood fire is made on the bed of the fireplace in the specialist ash pan, which when full is simply removed and the ash disposed of.
